lately every night after I eat dinner, I feel super sick. I feel bad about how much I ate and I wish I hadn’t. I just end up feeling bad and laying around. Not sure what’s going on exactly. I’m going to buy only healthy food when I go to school and limit how much I’m eating. I’m going to work out every day. I am tired of feeling so disgusting.

I know I complain alot, .. but.
about people sometimes and how I feel lonely at times. I guess sometimes my frustrations and sadness just overwhelm me. I do need to always remember everyone who’s there for me. I am beyond lucky. I am so blessed and so happy to have more than I could ever ask for.
